The Chef

The chef, Nico Giacomel, of Venetian origin, but of Marche adoption, has for 40 years been the owner of the Hotel Restaurant “La Ginestra”, in Furlo di Acqualagna, a flagship in Italy and the world, for a gastronomic culture, deeply attached to its region and its most representative produce. Always aiming to rediscover and value the typical local products, such as the precious white truffle, and the Prugnolo mushroom.
