Who we are
Nico Giacomel, but of Marche adoption, together with his wife Eliana Cancellieri, and his children Marina and Alessandro, has been for the last 40 years, a flagship, in Italy and all over the world, for a gastronomic culture, deeply attached to its region and its most representative produce. Always aiming to rediscover and value the typical local products, such as the precious white truffle and the Prugnolo mushroom. Since 1969, at the “Palazzina” he takes care of the cooking and promotion, whilst his wife, Eliana Cancellieri looks after the hospitality, contributing to making known, also at an international level, an entire region, with its most genuine gastronomic traditions and exquisite hospitality.
